300 VA Programmable AC Power Source

The new 9801 AC Programmable Source features the latest in precision measurement technology. Designed into a compact 19" half-rack form factor, this programmable 300 VA AC source delivers output power of up to 300 V with 0.1 V resolution at frequencies up to 500 Hz and maximum current up to 3 Arms / 12 Apk.

The 9801 includes powerful measurement functions Vrms, Irms, Ipeak, frequency, PF, apparent and true power, which can be viewed on the front panel display. Built-in simulation capabilities for common power grid faults and disturbances are provided. A built-in dimmer function is also available for testing motors and LEDs. Test sequences, power disturbance and sweep profiles can be stored, recalled and executed from internal memory and trigger controlled via the front panel or rear BNC connector.

Standard USB (USBTMC-compliant), RS232, and LAN interfaces can be used to remotely control the AC source via a PC. Priced at $1,995, the 9801 surpasses the closest competition and not only fits nicely on just about any bench or in any rack, but most importantly it fits in almost any budget.
